I used a wardrobe in my basement to make a doll house. It has been a fun project and is still a work in progress. I have made most of the furniture and found great items at the thrift store, dollar store and Target. The "attic" floor is a little high to reach for younger girls but the older girls can reach it or use a small step stool. The biggest expense was the kitchen set from Our Generation, which I purchased on sale at Target, everything else has been made, purchased at low cost or items that I already had.

I used 12x12 scrap paper and attached it with photo tabs |

The table & chairs were a set my daughters had when they were little. I made the living room furniture and lamp.
The hanging light is a locker light I found at Hobby Lobby. A friend donated the carpet. |

The lights are pop on LED's from Home Depot. |
